Lifetime resident of Cedar Creek Twp. Sam & Carole have worked together since 1977. Their family consist of two son's, Jeff & Mark, their wives, 5 grandchildern and 1 great-grandchild.
Hobbies that Sam enjoy are Hunting, Fishing, IU Sports and maybe Golf. Sam also enjoy's Spending Quality time with his Grandchildren.
Sam has been self-employed since 1951. Was in the Agriculture Related Business from 1951-1977. In 1968 Sam obtained his Salesman Real Estate License & Sauder Realty, Inc began under Carole M. Sauder as President. Sam received his Brokers License and became President of Sauder Realty, Inc. in 1986. Sam and Carole have worked side by side together in the community, expanding it's New Horizon.
